Some photos from Jack-Jack's first few hours in his new home. He's settled in really quickly, has eaten a bowl full of biscuits, done a wee in the garden and a huge poo on the lounge carpet while we weren't looking! Our older dog is pretending to ignore him at the moment, but there have been no tantrums. Jack-Jack has already found himself a couple of soft toys, including a squeaky pretend pheasant that he had a good growl over while he 'murdered' it. He's a lovely little dog and at the moment is fast asleep behind my computer chair.
The first picture is my oldest son holding him having returned on his lunch break especially to meet Jack-Jack. The rest show Jack-Jack playing with a toy and investigating the garden before going for a snooze in the basket behind my PC.

  2. What a LOVE! I was expecting a Jack Russell by the name. I have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi "Lady Sadie O'Grady!"

I am an author and freelance writer, Elizabeth. I live in the US, but will be traveling to the UK very soon to see my agent and the Warwickshire area. Where is your home base?

  6. He is cute, poo on the carpet probably better than a wee! We had a pup called Tipsoo 29 years ago, named after a lake on Mt. Ranier, he did a good job of living up to his name.
